GIWU Construction and Trading Co. Ltd was established in 2018 through STAV Engineering, a sister firm with deep roots in mechanical and industrial engineering. What began as an engineering-focused operation quickly evolved into a full-service construction, fabrication, and supply chain company responding to the growing demands of residential, industrial, and logistics projects across Ghana.
In 2024, GIWU was formally incorporated as a limited liability company, strengthening its operational structure and governance to serve a broader range of clients and larger-scale projects.
The partnership with STAV Engineering means clients gain access to an extended engineering capability that supports mechanical installation, fabrication, and industrial project delivery, all coordinated through one team.
